RESPONSIBILITIES
Our next Production Manager will lead campaign-driven executions and manage the production of video content and creative assets across a broad set of marketing touchpoint, ensuring that the final product is of the highest quality. This role will be boots-on-the-ground with our team in Scottsdale, AZ and will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with various departments, including marketing, sales, community and exec team to conceptualize and execute content strategies and initiatives that support business initiatives and drive revenue.
Have direct contact with heads of multiple departments as well as Dean Graziosi
Oversee recruitment of the appropriate staff to handle current production content bandwidth (live presentations, course content, advertisement and social media)
Manage daily affairs of content managers, editors, live event team and what’s needed for the rest of the team/brands.
See the production through from conception to final cut, as well as give the final approval once the video is ready to go to the public.
Help to outline a budget and working within its limitations. (Both for personal editors, computers and also studio consumption and upkeep)
Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and identify optimal content and forms of media for projects.
Write video treatments that accurately reflect the ultimate outcome (e.g., creating specific emotions, driving action) and provide sufficient direction for team.
Identify most impactful content, create scope of project/edit lists, develop production schedules, plan and execute video shoots if applicable.
Evaluate performance of deliverables, analyze and report metrics back to team to inform strategy.
Approve all decisions on sets, scheduling changes, etc.
Resolve internal conflict during production meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ
5+ years experience in a in a digital or software or product development organization.
Video editing and production. Ability to take the finished project and polish it into something that represents the company well or appeals to the target audience.
Proficient in using the following tools. Video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), Cameras (video and DSLR), Lighting equipment, Audio equipment
Monthly budget management + the ability to articulate the long-term vision & estimates for annual budget approvals
Must be a strong player/coach (35%/65%) meaning that you come from a production background, you know how to expertly edit video content as well as manage a team
Strong experience in digital/interactive project management.
