This event is designed to be a fully immersive event that is just like Tony & Dean's in-person events. To get the most out of your event, it is important that you block all day for the event days to ensure you are focused and ready to experience your breakthrough! End times for each day are still being confirmed but that's why we recommend setting aside the entire day so you don't miss a moment!!! All information below is subject to change.

Your first step in attending the World Summit Virtual event will be your personalized virtual registration process. This is a required and important step in ensuring you are prepared for the start of the event. A big part of registration will be our team making sure that you’re good–to–go from a tech perspective. Virtual registration will begin Monday August 9th and we highly encourage you to register by end of day Thursday to ensure you're set for Day 1 of the event on Friday! You will receive instructions on August 9th with a link for starting the registration process – be on the lookout!
After completing virtual registration, you will get access to your World Summit Virtual Event Dashboard. Your Event Dashboard is where you will access the event every day, have the chance to interact with the event team throughout the event, get important event updates, access your Digital Workbook, win prizes and find additional event resources.
We would hate to see you miss out! However in case you can't make it - for all World Summit purchased tickets you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a family member, friend, business partner, etc at no additional cost. In order to transfer you will need to let us know PRIOR to 7 days of the event along with the full name, email and phone number of the new attendee.
If you are looking to receive a refund for your ticket you will need to email and notify our team PRIOR to 15 days before the event. Unfortunately after that time frame we have begun preparing for your arrival and reserved you a unique log-in at the event and a refund is no longer permissible.
Unfortunately, we won't be recording the World Summit and making it available for replay for any ticket level. Dean & Tony want this to be as close to a live event as possible & want to make sure everyone interacts with the event live!!
You will be receiving your "check in" instructions approximately 4 days prior to the event! However please keep in mind that each ticket holder will need to have a unique email address in order to receive each ticket. Please make sure you provide a valid email address.
Dress casually and comfortably throughout the event. Just like any of Tony & Dean’s in–person events, you will be up and moving to stay in peak state! Don't forget to turn your camera on so Dean and Tony can see you and interacts with you live!
Although there will be some breaks in the program, we recommend you prepare your food, snacks and water in advance and keep them close by so you don't miss any of the speakers. Be sure to stay hydrated!

A few rules on how to show up and get the most out of your World Summit Live Virtual Experience!
STAY ON SCHEDULE. This is not a regular virtual event, webinar or online summit. This is a live virtual experience and you are an important part of it. Be sure to block off the time on your calendar and join us, on time, all three days, for all sessions.
BE PRESENT AND REALLY LISTEN. Turn off electronics and make arrangements to minimize distractions. This is not the time to exercise your multitasking skills!
WEBCAM ETIQUETTE. Turn your video on, so the speakers can see you and feel your energy; this will make the virtual experience 10X more fun and valuable for you and for other attendees, too. Double–check your background and be aware of your surroundings.
KEEP IT CLEAN. This goes for your personal event space (less clutter = more clarity) as well as your body! Eating healthy and getting plenty of rest during World Summit Virtual will allow you to be the best you each day, to absorb as much as possible. Keep snacks on hand, just as you would for an in–person event.
MAKE ROOM FOR EXPANSION. Don’t just open your mind during speaker time. Join the breakout sessions and make time to connect with fellow attendees.

The World Summit could include some adult language and themes throughout. Each speaker has an amazing story and we do not restrict their sharing by any means. For those reasons we recommend all World Summit attendees must be 18 years of age or older. For those 18 years of age or younger we ask that they be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and permitted to attend.
