By clicking and agreeing to the below information, you are actively agreeing to Mastermind.com below agreement:

• I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or of any written copy. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials.

• By signing below, I authorize MasterMind, free of charge and without limitation, to photograph, record, publish, or otherwise copy such Presentation and to broadcast, display, reproduce, edit, exhibit and distribute the Presentation and any derivative works created from or with it, over television, cable, the Internet or any other communication medium now existing or hereafter created. MasterMind also retains the discretion to choose whether to archive the footage, and whether to use it for any other purpose. This authorization explicitly includes the use of my name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for the purpose of publicizing broadcast, telecast,

distribution, publication or exhibition of the specified program or portions thereof.

• This release is valid for all events you attend. To opt out of this release for future events please email workshops@mastermind.com with the Subject Opt-Out Media Release. 

• I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this document before signing off on the registration process, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this consent, waiver, indemnity and release. This consent, waiver, indemnity and release is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees.

• This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona.

Personal Recording Devices

I hereby acknowledge that guests of the event are responsible for recording their personal breakout sessions, one on ones and copywriting sessions to their own devices via Zoom. Mastermind.com will only be recording the main session room.

Transactions

I acknowledge that MindMint LLC & BBG Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any transaction I enter into from Mastermind.com, Knowledge Broker Workshops – Implementation Labs or any other program, course or product I opt to participate in. The undersigned agrees and does hereby release from all liability and hold harmless MindMint LLC & BBG Enterprises LLC and any of its employees representing or related to MindMint LLC & BBG Enterprises LLC.
